Shipping Policy


We are experiencing shipping delays due to transport restrictions worldwide. The delay may happen at any point during the shipping process including while your order is in transit. In general it is expected to have a delay of 3-5 days.

We are working hard to make sure you get your products, but the shipping delays due to COVID-19 protocols and worldwide quarantining and staffing shortages are beyond our control.

Where does Product Key Pc deliver to?

We deliver worldwide. However some remote areas are difficult to reach, therefore shipping delays are expected. If you want to check the expected delivery time of a remote area, please email us

How much does shipping cost?

For a total bill of above $150, delivery is completely free. For the Order Value below $50 USD pounds there is a flat $5.95 charge for delivery. This will be displayed at checkout.

What types of delivery does Product Key Pc have?

For Digital products:
We will ship the order after about: 5-20 min via your Email.

For physical products:
In most cases we use DHL. However, if another courier is at that moment faster, we might choose that courier instead.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

Domestic USA : 2 – 9 days
Canada/Europe [Germany/Poland/Italy/Spain/United Kingdom]: 8 – 15 days
Other countries: 9 – 25 days

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you the information on how to track your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Ship the unused item to the address which we will send you after you contact with us.
Your refund will be processed, and a Money will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund processing depends on your bank and usually takes 3-10 working days.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase time, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our company is not liable for the cost of returning goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us  .

Cancellation requests after 24 hours will be subject to $15 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped. The orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled under any circumstances. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

We pride ourselves in providing only the best service for our customers. Please send us pictures or video of the item to Our email to forward the information to Quality Control to help prevent such situation in the future. We will arrange a reshipment of new item to you as soon as we receive a proof showing damaged product.
